JBP Celebrates 30 Years of Business

Founding shareholder, Gerald Jorgensen started Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C., in 1989. JBP has continued to grow with the state of Colorado; now including three office locations, six shareholders, 11 associate attorneys, and support staff of 22 employees.

Gerald Jorgensen received his J.D., from University of Denver College of Law in 1989 and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado in 1975. He concentrates his practice in construction defect litigation, business formation and disputes, and real estate.

His extensive insight regarding construction law allows him to handle complex dispute cases. He encourages his clients to remain involved in the progress of their cases, so they are able to make strategic decisions that are aligned with their goals. Drawing from his business background, he delivers a well-versed and aggressive legal representation to our clients.

When being asked what is means to be celebrating 30 years in business and what legacy he would like to leave behind, Gerald said, “I am excited to see how this has turned from a sole practitioner, trying to make a living on his own, and now turning in to more of an operating living monster of its own. It is really exciting to see and to be a part of and I look forward to where the firm will go with the addition of new shareholders.”
