Jennifer M. Bandeen

Jennifer joined Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin in 2024 as an Associate Attorney specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law. In her practice, Jennifer guides individuals and families through the legal complexities of these areas to help them achieve their goals. By providing comprehensive solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, Jennifer ensures that her clients’ wishes are honored, legacies preserved, and loved ones are cared for.

Before joining the firm, Jennifer gained experience as a Corporate Attorney at Kutak Rock, an International Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a Legal Intern at the Center for Disability and Elder Law. This multidisciplinary background has enhanced Jennifer’s ability to serve her clients by providing her with a strong foundation in corporate and financial matters, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to advocating for vulnerable populations.

Jennifer obtained an Accounting Degree from Saint Mary’s College and went on to graduate from the University of Notre Dame’s Law School. She has been admitted to practice in Colorado and Massachusetts.
